Your baby's portraits..

If you are looking to have photos taken of your baby or toddler but want something that bit different, then Jemz Photography could be who you're looking for!

Preparations..

Prior to the shoot, I will discuss the style of photograph you want and the intended use of the results to ensure we make best use of the time. If there are particular requirements e.g. flowers, then these need to be discussed before hand.

The photoshoot..

The shoot itself is performed at your house at a time that fits in with the baby or child's sleeping and eating habits. This not only makes things more convenient for you but also more relaxed resulting is more natural photos.

During the session, you will have opportunities to view the photos taken so you can see immediately that you are getting the results you want and gives you some input into the session. This is a big difference from having portraits taken at a studio where all the shoots are the same and everyone has an identical set of photos taken.

Post shoot..

This is where we really stand out from others..!

Following the session, we work on a number of the photos, removing blemishes, scratches etc. We also manipulate some of these so you can see how the various effects we use can transform the photo.

A few days after the shoot, you will then have a chance to look through the original photos again and then see the ones that have been worked on.

When choosing your prints, you can specify if you want any of the various effects applied and of course the size of the prints you want for each. We guarantee NO HARD SELL! Too many studios make the parents feel guilty for not getting a second mortgage to pay for their child's photos and know ourselves how bad this can feel. We therefore put no pressure on you to buy more than you can afford.

Results..

You can have your images as prints, ready to be framed, or opt to have them mounted on various depths of board for mounting straight onto your wall. Sizes range from 5" x 7" to A0 (1189mm x 841mm).

You can also opt to buy your images as digital files that allow you to make as prints as you like.
